Payment methods

You can pay for your order on eaudio.shop in three ways:

• Kaspi QR / Kaspi Pay — scan the QR code in the Kaspi.kz app and confirm the payment;
• Visa / Mastercard bank card — online payment through the secure payment service Robokassa;
• MIR bank card — payment through the secure payment service YooKassa.

Payment by bank card

After the order is confirmed, a secure payment page of the Robokassa or YooKassa service will open, where you need to enter your bank card details and e-mail address to receive a receipt or fiscal cheque.

The 3-D Secure protocol is used to confirm the payment. If your bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for additional identification using an SMS code. For questions about additional identification, contact the bank that issued the card.

On the payment page you will need to provide: the card number, expiry date, the three-digit security code (CVV2 for Visa, CVC2 for Mastercard) and your e-mail address.

If the payment did not go through

Check the following:

• whether the card details and its expiry date were entered correctly;
• whether there are sufficient funds on the card;
• whether online payments are enabled for the card;
• whether the daily limit for online payments has been reached.

Payment security

The Robokassa or YooKassa payment service processes bank card data in compliance with the PCI DSS security standard. Information is transmitted using SSL encryption and further over closed banking networks of the highest level of reliability.

Your card details are entered on the secure page of the payment service, not on the store’s website: the card details are not transferred to the online store and are not stored on our servers.

Currencies

Prices are shown in two currencies at once — Russian rubles (RUB) and Kazakhstani tenge (KZT). You pay in the currency of your region.

Exchange rate and final amount

The exchange rate and final amount are frozen at checkout and do not change after confirmation — you pay exactly the amount you saw when placing the order.
